Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing us to capture your event! Please take a moment to review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be made online via our bookings page. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete. This will serve as your confirmation for the date and time selected. Bookings are subject to availability. If the requested date is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative. 2. Payment Terms Full payment of services is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will forfeit 100% of the amount Rescheduling requests made 24 hours before the event are free of charge, subject to availability. 4. Event Cancellations In the event of cancellation due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or event cancellation by the venue, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. 5. On-Site Requirements Please ensure that you are at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event for set up. If additional time or special access is required, this must be communicated at the time of booking. 6. Delivery of Content Edited images and videos will be delivered digitally via a secure download link within stated information depending on the package selected. Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. 7. Additional Requests Any special requests or requirements should be communicated at the time of booking. We strive to accommodate your needs as best as possible but cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.
